Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at Events@Battcon.com.

The following refund conditions apply:

  • On or before June 27 Full refund (less $150 processing fee)
  • After June 28: No refund

In cases of Force Majeure or if the event is postponed or canceled, a full refund will be issued, minus a $100 administration fee.

Substitutions can be made at any time, but please inform the Conference Planners in writing.
